The Université de Montréal Faculty of Music maintains three highly regarded concert halls that allow for the presentation of concerts, recitals, lectures and masterclasses in addition to making research and research-creation activities possible.
The Faculty of Music’s scientific collection of instruments today contains over 850 specimens hailing from five continents, deposited and archived in a space with museum conservation standards. It is one of the great collections at Université de Montréal.

Covering all periods of musical history, the rich collection in the Faculty of Music library contains thousands of sound recordings, scores, books and periodicals.
