This information session is intended for all graduate students (Performance, Composition and Sound Creation, Musicology/Ethnomusicology) as well as for students finishing their Bachelor’s degree and contemplating continuing their studies at the Master’s level. You’ll get to meet the vice-dean responsible for graduate studies, who’ll be pleased to answer your questions.
You’ll also get information about the resources available at the Faculty of Music (laboratories, loan of equipment, library, student circles), and familiarize yourself with how graduate programs function (important Master’s and Doctorate program stages, 2026-2027's seminars offered.

This meeting is intended for students in the Bachelor’s in Music, Bachelor’s in Musicology, and Certificate in Music and Arts programs, as well as for students in the Minor and Major programs in Music, History and Society. The goal of the meeting is to present these different programs, the teachers who give the first courses, and the various activities of the sector. The focus will be on student’s academic progress and on managing the academic record. An overview of the programming for the year 2026-2027 will also be presented, particularly the symposiums, workshops, lectures and international seminars open to bachelor’s students.
N. B.: This meeting is important for all students in the theoretical sector, not just those who are starting their studies this fall.

This meeting is intended for students at all levels enrolled in a study program in Composition and Sound Creation. This will be an opportunity to meet the program heads along with members of the team. Students can familiarize themselves with how these programs work, and with the content of the courses they’re composed of. They’ll also get information about the resources available at the Faculty of Music (laboratories and studios, loan of equipment, library, foreign exchange programs, student circles, email lists and so on). Activities for the year 2026-2027 will be presented, especially the concerts, workshops and composition residency competition.
Graduate students are also invited to attend the scheduled meeting (timeslot to be determined), which will deal with among other things the resources in support of research and creative research at the Faculty of Music.

Classical Singing Performance
